Ingredients

  • 1½ tsp Chic:ORY instant chicory powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • 250 ml steamed whole milk
  • 1 tsp honey or cane sugar
  • Cinnamon stick to garnish

Directions

  1. Combine Chic:ORY powder with all ground spices in a cup.
  2. Add 50 ml hot water and whisk vigorously until fully dissolved and aromatic.
  3. Steam milk to 65–70°C, creating a velvety micro foam.
  4. Pour the chicory-spice concentrate into a pre-warmed cup.
  5. Gently pour steamed milk over, holding foam back, then spoon foam on top.
  6. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a dusting of cinnamon powder.
