Ingredients
- 1½ tsp Chic:ORY instant chicory powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom
- Pinch of ground ginger
- Pinch of ground cloves
- 250 ml steamed whole milk
- 1 tsp honey or cane sugar
- Cinnamon stick to garnish

Directions
- Combine Chic:ORY powder with all ground spices in a cup.
- Add 50 ml hot water and whisk vigorously until fully dissolved and aromatic.
- Steam milk to 65–70°C, creating a velvety micro foam.
- Pour the chicory-spice concentrate into a pre-warmed cup.
- Gently pour steamed milk over, holding foam back, then spoon foam on top.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a dusting of cinnamon powder.
