Chicory Golden Milk
Turmeric wellness meets French chicory – an anti-inflammatory powerhouse
Ingredients
- 2 tsp chic:ORY instant chicory powder
- ½ tsp ground turmeric.
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon.
- Pinch of ground black pepper (activates curcumin)
- ¼ tsp fresh ginger, grated.
- 250 ml oat milk or coconut milk.
- 1 tsp raw honey.
- Pinch of sea salt.

Directions
- Warm oat milk gently in a small saucepan over medium heat; do not boil.
- Add Chic:ORY powder, turmeric, cinnamon, pepper and grated ginger directly to the warming milk.
- Whisk continuously for 3 minutes until fragrant and fully incorporated.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey and a pinch of sea salt.
- Pour through a fine mesh strainer if using fresh ginger.
- Serve in a glass mug with a cinnamon stick and a dusting of turmeric.
