Ingredients

  • 2 tsp chic:ORY instant chicory powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 200 ml whole milk (or oat milk)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk or sugar syrup
  • Whipped cream to top
  • Chocolate shavings to garnish

Directions

  1. Dissolve chic:ORY powder and cocoa in 3 tbsp hot water, stirring until smooth.
  2. Allow to cool for 1 minute, then add to the blender with milk, ice, chocolate syrup and condensed milk.
  3. Blend on high for 30–40 seconds until thick and smooth.
  4. Pour into a tall chilled glass.
  5. Top with whipped cream and finish with chocolate shavings.
  6. Serve immediately with a wide straw.
