Frozen Mocha Chicoccino

Ingredients
- 2 tsp chic:ORY instant chicory powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 200 ml whole milk (or oat milk)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tbsp condensed milk or sugar syrup
- Whipped cream to top
- Chocolate shavings to garnish

Directions
- Dissolve chic:ORY powder and cocoa in 3 tbsp hot water, stirring until smooth.
- Allow to cool for 1 minute, then add to the blender with milk, ice, chocolate syrup and condensed milk.
- Blend on high for 30–40 seconds until thick and smooth.
- Pour into a tall chilled glass.
- Top with whipped cream and finish with chocolate shavings.
- Serve immediately with a wide straw.
