Iced Chicory Latte
Refreshingly cool and endlessly smooth, the APAC summer essential.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp chic:ORY instant chicory powder
- 50 ml hot water.
- 150 ml cold oat milk or whole milk.
- 1 tbsp simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes (generous fill).
- 1 tbsp condensed milk for sweetness (Optional)

Directions
- Dissolve Chic:ORY powder in 50 ml hot water, stirring until completely smooth.
- Allow the concentrate to cool for 2 minutes (or chill in the freezer for 1 minute).
- Fill a tall glass to the brim with ice cubes.
- Add simple syrup over the ice.
- Pour cold milk over the ice first, then slowly pour chicory concentrate over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
- Stir gently before serving and add a paper straw.
