Iced Chicory Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp chic:ORY instant chicory powder
  • 50 ml hot water.
  • 150 ml cold oat milk or whole milk.
  •  1 tbsp simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  •  Ice cubes (generous fill).
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk for sweetness (Optional)

Directions

  1. Dissolve Chic:ORY powder in 50 ml hot water, stirring until completely smooth.
  2. Allow the concentrate to cool for 2 minutes (or chill in the freezer for 1 minute).
  3. Fill a tall glass to the brim with ice cubes.
  4. Add simple syrup over the ice.
  5. Pour cold milk over the ice first, then slowly pour chicory concentrate over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
  6. Stir gently before serving and add a paper straw.
