Ingredients

  • 2 tsp chic:ORY instant chicory powder.
  • 1½ tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread (e.g., Nutella).
  • 200 ml whole milk.
  • 1 cup crushed ice.
  • 2 tbsp sugar syrup.
  • Whipped cream.
  • Chocolate sauce drizzle.
  • Crushed hazelnuts to garnish.

Directions

  1. Dissolve Chic:ORY powder in 3 tbsp hot water, then allow to cool 1 minute.
  2. Add chicory liquid, chocolate-hazelnut spread, milk, ice and sugar syrup to the blender.
  3. Blend for 30–40 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  4. Drizzle chocolate sauce around the inside of a tall glass before pouring.
  5. Pour the frappe mix into the prepared glass.
  6. Top with whipped cream, a chocolate sauce drizzle and crushed hazelnuts.
