Mocha Chicory Frappe

Ingredients
- 2 tsp chic:ORY instant chicory powder.
- 1½ tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread (e.g., Nutella).
- 200 ml whole milk.
- 1 cup crushed ice.
- 2 tbsp sugar syrup.
- Whipped cream.
- Chocolate sauce drizzle.
- Crushed hazelnuts to garnish.

Directions
- Dissolve Chic:ORY powder in 3 tbsp hot water, then allow to cool 1 minute.
- Add chicory liquid, chocolate-hazelnut spread, milk, ice and sugar syrup to the blender.
- Blend for 30–40 seconds until smooth and frothy.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce around the inside of a tall glass before pouring.
- Pour the frappe mix into the prepared glass.
- Top with whipped cream, a chocolate sauce drizzle and crushed hazelnuts.
